Sara has been working within Human Resources for over twenty years. The first six years working for large international Human Resource consultancies delivering a range of HR services to leading organisations in the private and public sectors in New Zealand and Australia. Prior to consulting, her career spanned ten years of general management, sales and marketing, and administration roles, giving her a strong understanding of business fundamentals and commercial realities.
Sara’s expertise lies in her ability to use her depth of understanding of HR, and wider business acumen and independent thinking, to provide high quality, specialist advice and direction, and in complex problem solving.
Sara has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Otago (1987). She is also an Advanced MBTI (Myers Briggs) Practitioner and a LEADR qualified mediator. She has taught leadership part time at Otago University on their Executive Education course.
Sara was a Director of Trade NZ from 2001-2003 and continues to work on Advisory Boards.

Mary has a career in Employee Relations and Human Resources spanning across many years and within different industries (Oil and Gas, Telecommunications, Local Government and HR Consulting).
Her experience of working with executive management teams has stood her in good stead and given her an insight and an understanding advising and understanding organizational problems. She particularly enjoys working through change and developing change strategies to develop and ensure businesses grow and prosper.
Contracting and Consulting in a variety of organizations has cemented her breadth of management experience and ability to apply her vast human resource knowledge and experience.
She is a member of the Human Resource Institute of New Zealand and Rotary International (member of Rotary Club of Pakuranga) and has historically been President of what was the NZ Remuneration Network.

Corinne has many years’ experience in hands on senior level strategic and operational HR positions across multiple countries in small, large and global organisations.
She has the ability to work as a strategist, assisting a business to shape their future, as an executor by making things happen through effecting transformation and change, as a talent manager by engaging today’s talent through competency development with continuing skills and knowledge management and performance recognition programmes. And as a Human Capital developer by assisting organisations and businesses build the next generation through HR process optimisation, efficiency and continuous improvement. Her key goal is to provide clients with actionable recommendations which are solutions that can be easily integrated into a business to achieve sustainable results.
She has a Masters in Management (majoring in HR and Psychology), Post Graduate Diploma in Management and a Bachelors Degree of Social Science from the University of Waikato. She is a member of the HRINZ.
